Liderada por Bárbara Etcheberry, la iniciativa nace para responder a un problema estructural: más de 135.000 jóvenes madres están fuera del sistema educativo y laboral, y el 25% de las mujeres entre 19 y 25 años están desempleadas. Soymás ofrece formación en oficios como peluquería, programación, administración, gastronomía y mecánica industrial, acompañamiento psicosocial y vinculación con empleadores formales, generando oportunidades concretas de desarrollo personal y laboral. #### **Impacto** - Más de 1.000 madres jóvenes capacitadas desde 2017, con mejoras significativas en escolaridad y competencias laborales. - Expansión territorial con presencia en La Pintana, Renca, Maipú y Antofagasta, en colaboración con más de 70 empresas y convenios con INACAP. - Estudios de impacto de 2024 muestran que las egresadas ganan en promedio un 31% más que sus pares y más del 50% accede a empleo formal. #### **Innovación** - Aborda la pobreza estructural desde la raíz, combinando formación técnica con acompañamiento psicosocial y evidencia científica sobre ACES (experiencias adversas en la niñez) y resiliencia. - Demuestra que con oportunidades reales y un modelo integral, es posible transformar la trayectoria de madres jóvenes y sus familias, multiplicando el impacto social en contextos vulnerables. - Visibiliza a una población históricamente ignorada, mostrando que el talento y el cambio están donde menos se espera, y que es posible escalar modelos de inclusión con evidencia, innovación y acción comunitaria.
