Impulsó la instalación de unidades formativas estables en cárceles y centros SENAME, superando barreras sociales para asegurar el desarrollo de capacidades y una oportunidad de empleo formal a poblaciones vulnerables.   #### **Iniciativa** **Modelo de Habilitación Laboral e Inclusión Social - Reiventarse" (2016-actualidad)** Un programa de capacitación y precontrato enfocado en la reinserción social de personas que han infringido la ley. - Utiliza el mandato de capacitación de Komatsu Cummins a la Fundación Reiventarse. - Establece unidades formativas- productivas estables al interior de centros SENAME y la cárcel de mujeres. - Asegura una vía formal de desarrollo de capacidades para la empleabilidad. #### **Impacto** - +3.500 personas capacitadas en 12 años (vía becas y precontratos) a lo largo de Chile, facilitando su reinserción laboral. - Única empresa con una unidad formativa-productiva estable instalada en una cárcel de mujeres y centros SENAME en Chile. - Capacitación a más de 150 personas anualmente desde 2016 bajo el modelo de mandato y precontrato. - Más de 200 precontratos firmados al año, ofreciendo una oportunidad concreta de futuro laboral. #### **Innovación** - Pionero en Chile al crear y escalar un modelo público-privado que utiliza el precontrato como herramienta de reinserción social y desarrollo de talento. - Instalación física y operativa de unidades productivas dentro de instituciones cerradas (SENAME/Cárceles), demostrando un compromiso de largo plazo y rompiendo el paradigma de la capacitación externa.
