Definió la hoja de ruta y estableció acuerdos con 8 municipios y organizaciones sociales, construyendo confianzas y priorizando demandas territoriales. Su gestión impulsó la creación de oportunidades formativas (Escuela de Mujeres Líderes) y las metodologías de co-construcción, movilizando a estudiantes y colegas como formadores/as en emprendimiento y desarrollo sostenible.   #### **Iniciativa** **"Fortaleciendo la Innovación Social en Mujeres de Biobío y Ñuble" (UCO2395):** Proyecto de la UdeC enfocado en fortalecer la asociatividad, el liderazgo y la gestión de mujeres de 22 comunidades en las Regiones del Biobío y Ñuble. - Metodología: Diagnóstico participativo y co-diseño de soluciones a desafíos socioambientales (agua, economía circular, violencia de género). - Componentes: Escuela de Mujeres Líderes y co-creación de 8 prototipos de innovación social con académicos/estudiantes. #### **Impacto** - Alcance Territorial: Impacto directo en 22 comunidades de mujeres en 8 municipios de las regiones de Biobío y Ñuble. - Formación y Liderazgo: Más de 70 mujeres completaron y fueron certificadas en la Escuela de Mujeres Líderes. - Innovación Aplicada: Implementación de 8 prototipos de innovación social en zonas rurales, con foco en soluciones pertinentes (ej. recolección de aguas lluvias para cultivo hidropónico, revalorización de desechos marinos). - Legado Institucional: La UdeC presentó su Modelo y Guía de Innovación Social, institucionalizando la metodología de co-construcción. #### **Innovación** - Metodología de Co-construcción: La innovación radica en poner el territorio al centro y co-diseñar soluciones directamente con las participantes, lo que asegura la pertinencia cultural y socioambiental, elevando la adherencia y la sostenibilidad. - Modelo Replicable Académico: La creación del Modelo y Guía de Innovación Social institucionaliza un método que facilita su réplica en distintas facultades y contextos, demostrando un impacto sistémico. - Articulación Intercampus: El despliegue que une los campus Concepción y Chillán moviliza equipos interdisciplinarios y recursos en beneficio directo de las comunidades de ambas regiones.
