Su gestión fue clave para internalizar los objetivos en los niveles gerenciales y asegurar la adhesión y el respaldo corporativo, garantizando la cobertura local y el impacto en las comunidades con alta vulnerabilidad y necesidad de empleo.   #### **Iniciativa** **“Programa Aprendizajes para el Desarrollo”: ** Programa de capacitación continua enfocado en personas cesantes y alumnos de liceos vulnerables en las áreas de influencia de la faena (Chañaral, Diego de Almagro, El Salado). - Objetivo: fortalecer capacidades y dotar de herramientas de empleabilidad para responder a la demanda laboral local. - Inclusión territorial: enfocado en comunidades con alta necesidad de empleo y alta vulnerabilidad socioeconómica. #### **Impacto** - Impacto: +3.000 personas capacitadas a la fecha. - Cobertura anual (2024): 384 personas capacitadas y 15 programas ejecutados, totalizando +1.760 horas de capacitación 100% presencial. - Inclusión de género: 68% de participación femenina en los programas ejecutados en 2024. - Articulación comunitaria: trabajo activo con +24 Juntas de Vecinos y +6 proveedores locales. - Resultados cuantitativos: 95% de asistencia promedio y una evaluación del proyecto de 6,5 (en escala de 7,0). #### **Innovación** - Liderazgo sostenido: el éxito de la iniciativa, con más de 3.000 personas impactadas, demuestra un compromiso de largo plazo y la sostenibilidad del modelo de financiamiento mediante franquicia tributaria. - Inclusión territorial y productiva: logra alinear la necesidad de talento de la industria minera con el desarrollo de capacidades en comunidades vulnerables, facilitando el acceso a empleo de calidad. - Modelo validado: la iniciativa es ampliamente reconocida por autoridades y representantes de la sociedad civil, lo que valida su impacto positivo en la calidad de vida.
