Su liderazgo ha sido clave para impulsar alianzas público-privadas y asegurar que el modelo de capacitación combine competencias técnicas con habilidades socioemocionales.   #### **Iniciativa** **"FCV Formación Laboral":** Programas de formación técnica en oficios (electricidad, mecánica, gastronomía, salud, administración) dirigidos a personas en situación de vulnerabilidad en la Región Metropolitana. - Metodología: modelo educativo inclusivo que derriba barreras de género, edad, condición migrante o nivel educativo. - Componentes: cerca de 50 cursos anuales con certificaciones externas y prácticas laborales. #### **Impacto** - Alcance masivo: desde 2020, más de 6.400 personas han participado en 286 cursos. - Empleabilidad y pertinencia: 66,3% de los egresados se encuentra trabajando, y el 75% lo hizo en el oficio aprendido, reflejando la alta pertinencia. - Inclusión en cifras: más de la mitad de participantes son mujeres, y cerca del 10% es población migrante. No existen requisitos de escolaridad cuando la certificación no lo exige. - Calidad y redes: 1.894 personas obtuvieron certificación externa (ej. ChileValora). La satisfacción estudiantil alcanzó un NPS de 92 puntos. #### **Innovación** - Modelo de justicia social: la innovación radica en demostrar que la inclusión es el centro de la misión educativa, rompiendo barreras de acceso (escolaridad, condición migrante) y situando la formación técnica de calidad en territorios vulnerables. - Modelo dual adaptado: vincula la capacitación con prácticas reales en empresas y alianzas público-privadas, asegurando la cohesión social y la empleabilidad. - Liderazgo transformador: el testimonio de la Hna.
