Lideró la conceptualización y la implementación, facilitando la participación de equipos técnicos y académicos multidisciplinarios, logrando el mayor grado de colaboración interna de la institución. Su gestión transformó la experiencia de aprendizaje en un desafío enriquecedor para los colaboradores de INACAP y posicionó al Rectorado como motor de innovación metodológica.   #### **Iniciativa** **"Curso Webserie Hotel SET":** Una innovadora webserie formativa y gratuita (15 capítulos, formato online PC/APP) que desarrolla habilidades en hospitalidad, calidad de servicio y emprendimiento para cualquier persona con o sin formación previa. - Componentes: historias reales, humor, emoción, cápsulas de aprendizaje y material de apoyo descargable. - Foco territorial/sectorial: relevar el sector turístico y de servicios, abriendo oportunidades económicas y desarrollo de habilidades a nivel nacional e internacional. #### **Impacto** - Alcance masivo digital (4 meses): más de 18.200 personas inscritas, principalmente externas a INACAP. - Cobertura regional destacada: inscripciones concentradas en siete regiones (Metropolitana, Valparaíso, Antofagasta, Biobío, Araucanía, Los Lagos y O’Higgins). - Alta satisfacción: la calificación general del curso y la calidad del contenido alcanzaron un promedio de 4,7 en escala de 1 a 5. - Uso adaptado: la principal vía de acceso fue dispositivos móviles, facilitando el aprendizaje inclusivo en traslados o tiempos libres. #### **Innovación** - Innovación metodológica disruptiva: la webserie supera los modelos tradicionales de e-learning, adaptándose a los desafíos de consumo de contenido (humor, emoción) para democratizar el acceso al conocimiento técnico del sector turístico. - Impacto multisectorial y territorial: el proyecto es de alto valor para cualquier persona y genera un motor económico que tiene impacto en el corto y mediano plazo para las empresas del sector de servicios en diversas regiones. - Visión estratégica: demuestra cómo la dirección de una institución académica puede liderar la pertinencia y efectividad de la capacitación a través de la tecnología y la creatividad.
