Lidera el fortalecimiento y la escalabilidad del programa, articulando alianzas clave con organizaciones sectoriales (CChC, Sernameg) y empresas, asegurando la cobertura de financiamiento y la disposición de cupos para el desarrollo y el ascenso laboral de las participantes.   #### **Iniciativa** **"Maestras en Obra"**: Programa que busca fortalecer y desarrollar el talento femenino en la industria de la construcción, con o sin experiencia previa, promoviendo la independencia económica y el liderazgo en el sector. - Ofrece formación de oficio especializada (terminaciones, tabiquería, faenas húmedas, apresto minero, etc.). - Metodología integral que equilibra la formación técnica, cultural y de crecimiento personal. - Apoyado por el financiamiento directo y franquicia tributaria de empresas constructoras, garantizando el desarrollo y las oportunidades de contratación. #### **Impacto** - 348 mujeres egresadas de 31 actividades de formación especializadas desde junio de 2021. - Expansión geográfica lograda: programas ejecutados en la RM (diversas comunas), Concepción, Chillán, Talca y Antofagasta. - Articulación interinstitucional verificable con Sernameg (oficinas locales), OMIL Municipal y comisiones de la CChC, asegurando la convocatoria y el acompañamiento. - Aumento de visibilidad y autonomía económica de las participantes, con foco en el ingreso y desarrollo de carrera en ambientes laborales masculinizados. #### **Innovación** - Modelo metodológico integrado: equilibra las habilidades técnicas con el desarrollo personal y un fuerte componente cultural ("Calzar los zapatos de seguridad y caminar en obra"), acelerando la adaptación y el ingreso efectivo a la faena. - Estrategia de empleabilidad: el programa nace con el apoyo directo de empresas que disponen los ascensos y la contratación de las egresadas, generando un camino laboral real y una mayor visibilidad para el talento femenino. - Propuesta de valor respetuosa que facilita y acelera la inserción de mujeres a ambientes masculinizados, transformando la cultura organizacional de la industria.
