Su gestión impulsó el plan Energía del Futuro, promoviendo una cultura de cero accidentes y la atracción de talento diverso (femenino y PIE) para la renovación de la operación en campo.   #### **Iniciativa** **"El Centro de Excelencia Operacional (CEO)"**: Espacio de formación técnica de alto nivel de 8.000m2 (Lampa), que eleva los estándares de calidad, seguridad y eficiencia más allá de la distribución eléctrica (abarca otros oficios como las telecomunicaciones). - Componentes: capacitación especializada a colaboradores y contratistas, alianzas con educación superior y liceos técnicos, y proyectos I+D. - Foco Territorial: fortalecer la resiliencia comunitaria capacitando cuadrillas municipales (mas allá de la zona de concesión). #### **Impacto** - Formación masiva y especializada: , más de 4.400 trabajadores capacitados en 1.050 cursos (más de 10.000 participaciones) desde 2023. - Articulación de redes: convenios activos con 12 instituciones de educación superior y capacitación a cuadrillas municipales de 10 comunas de la RM. - Atracción de talento joven: 638 estudiantes de liceos formados, con 17% de participación femenina y 20 contrataciones en el rubro. - Innovación académica: impulso de 13 proyectos de I+D en colaboración con la academia. #### **Innovación** - Modelo hub sectorial: la innovación radica en crear un centro de excelencia de alto estándar que es un espacio abierto de colaboración, trascendiendo lo corporativo para alinear a contratistas, academia, proveedores y municipios en un objetivo común de seguridad y eficiencia. - Impacto en resiliencia comunitaria: la capacitación de cuadrillas municipales es una acción territorial clave que fortalece la capacidad de respuesta de las comunas frente a emergencias eléctricas. - Liderazgo en seguridad: posiciona la seguridad laboral no sólo como cumplimiento, sino como motor de la excelencia operativa y la atracción de capital humano calificado para la industria eléctrica nacional.
